♦ 2000/05 : Founded Delexon Technologies Limited.

♦ 2003/03 : Started Robot service and used equipment business.

♦ 2003/05 : Set up maintenance center.

♦ 2003/10 : Re-organized into Delexon Technologies Corporation.

♦ 2004/02 : Set up the headquarter in "Shan-Yen" office building.

♦ 2004/05 : Set up Singapore office to meet the needs of South Asia.

♦ 2005/05 : Set up China office to meet the booming needs of China.

♦ 2005/06 : Certified by ISO 9001.

♦ 2005/12 : Set up Japan office to meet the needs of Japan.

♦ 2006/08 : Started distributing and selling TSV 3DIC thin wafer handling solution from Mechatronic.
